2.Introduction
a) coating aluminum surface texture softer (relative to copper), easy to locate drilling, to improve accuracy
when drilling;
b) good thermal conductivity, reducing drill temperature to prevent burning during drilling;
c) have a certain hardness, close to the board, which can effectively prevent burr during drilling;
d) compared with phenolic board, epoxy boards, aluminum will not be contained in the resin coating and other
debris and then plug hole, it is conducive to enhancing cleanliness before plating through hole process, to
enhance the effect of the plated through-hole;
e) reduce wear and enhance the life of the drill;
f) suitable for small apertures or pores of mechanical drilling;
3.Storage
Temperature 20-25 ℃, relative humidity 40-60%, sealed (moisture, sun, oxidation).
