1.Usage
It is applicable for PCB to process drilling cover plate, and well transfer and take away the heat in the course
of drilling, meanwhile, it can prevent the drill bit from instantaneous deformation when drilling so as to keep
the precision of drill and to prevent burrs produced on the plate surface.
2.Introduction
a) smooth surface, moderate hardness , with a special fiber core composite made a total thickness of 0.20mm.
This composite aluminum sheet excellent performance, particularly suitable for multilayer micro PCB processing;
b) moderate hardness can prevent burr in the panel surface drilling at high speed;
c) improve the accuracy of the drilling position;
d) reduce drill bit wear rate,and extended drilling bit life.
3. Storage
Under normal temperature and humidity storage, in ground level, the period of 1 year.
